Yes. CaseLedger is designed to meet the requirements of Quebec's Law 25 (privacy legislation) and the federal Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). We maintain detailed audit logs and support data export on request.
Yes. You can create as many cases as you need. Each case has its own timeline, documents, people, and settings. Your personal vault stores documents and contacts across all your cases.
When you delete a case, all events and timeline data are removed. However, your documents and people are preserved in your personal vault so nothing is lost permanently.
